PRESENTED BY LAYLA ANNA-LEE The Stowaways (previously known as Operators) are a four-piece rock’n'roll band and the hard work, passion and determination of singer Jamie Mortimer, lead guitarist Rudi Falla, drummer Steven Crane & bassist Steve Dent. For us, it’s all about chemistry and seeing the crowds enjoying themselves! When we’re playing live, we want everyone to be enjoying themselves as much as we are. There’s not many bands anymore that have great songs you can sing along to as well being alot of fun to watch live, and hopefully, that’s where we come in… Hailing from Old Street in the heart of London, The Stowaways have hit the small venues on the gigging circuit hard with our energetic live show to spread our catchy songs and have their hearts set to play Glastonbury, Wembley and touring the world. Our influences span from classic bands such as The Rolling Stones, The Kinks and The Jam to modern day legends such as Kings of Leon, The Libertines and Arctic Monkeys.
